Description
This incense was commissioned to be made by Kunjudo, a company on Awaji Island with over 100 years of history.
It is believed that incense, which produces a lot of smoke and has a strong scent, is not suitable for modern living spaces, so when lit, thin smoke slowly rises and a soft fragrance gradually spreads.
At that moment, I suddenly realized I was enveloped in a sense of peace.
This is the "elegant incense" that çanoma aimed for, and was realized after repeated trial and error.

Miyajima in Aki in the morning. The ocean breeze, Itsukushima Shrine, and the smell of deer envelop the entire island along with the morning mist.
As I walked along a path overgrown with trees on the island, I found a plump camellia in bloom. I slowly brought it closer to my nose. Just like the flower itself, it had a smooth, yet rich fragrance. When the sacred air of the island and the scent of the camellia combined, I felt a strong sense of awe.
