The products are sewn at a long-established factory that boasts some of the most advanced technical capabilities in Japan. Each piece is carefully sewn by hand by craftsmen.
For example, shirts. There are only a handful of factories in Japan that can perform all of the brand's signature techniques, such as set-in sewing (sewing where sleeves are attached after the fact), 3mm-wide side seams, and sewing with a flannel core.
"Japan has a lot of craftsmanship that we can be proud of overseas. It is an important thing that must never be lost. I believe that things that are carefully made by hand have the power to make people feel kind and to make them want to take good care of themselves. I wanted to create things like that, so I started this brand. We hope that this will be a stepping stone to protecting and passing on the skills of Japanese craftsmen."
